Transcriptions for Wind Orchestra and Small Band

Our publications come as printed full scores with the parts on CD-ROM as PDF files in both letter (8½" x 11") and A4 (metric) sizes. Alternate parts, i.e., transposed low brass parts in both bass and treble clefs, are provided in case needed.

To print out PDF files on CD-ROM, you need an optical disc drive and a printer (A laser printer is highly recommend for best results).

The Wind Orchestra transcriptions are for standard symphonic band, concert band, or sometimes wind ensemble. In most cases, cues are carefully provided throughout so that these transcriptions can be performed without complete instrumentation. However, sometimes extended instrumentation or complete instrumentation is required due to the nature of the piece.

The Small Band transcriptions are for bands that are small in size, but not necessarily beginners. They face difficulty finding music that is both playable and pleasurable. We offer classical transcriptions that can be performed with only 15 or so players without compromising the integrity of the original. These transcriptions are also suitable for wind ensemble, or standard symphonic band and concert band for outdoor performance.
