Percussion: Tambour de Provence (or Tenor Drum), Bass Drum, Crash Cymbals

This transcription is transposed a whole-step down from the original key, while the Farandole in L'Arlésienne Suite No. 2 (KM 022) is in the original key. Besides the keys, the 1st flute and the 1st clarinet parts have some differences between the two versions.

”Tambour de Provence" is a traditional French drum, which is also called "Tambourin,” which should not be confused with "Tambourine." The best substitute may be a tenor drum.

Parts No. 34–50 are transposed from the original parts which are indicated in brackets, with or without modification.

The score and parts come in two paper sizes: letter size (8½" x 11") and A4.

For the convenience of printing a specific part or parts, each part is bookmarked with page numbers. Please enable “bookmarks” if they do not otherwise appear.
